Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi, I’m Honey and my name says it all! I am a 7 month, 10 pound Pekingese Puppy and I love everyone I meet, I have not yet met a stranger. My foster mom says that I’m very loving, very personable and a loyal companion. I am working on my housetraining training and doing quite well as I am a very smart girl. Although I tolerates time in my crate, it is absolutely not my favorite and I would like nothing more than to spend every minute with my person, which my foster mom says my breed is known for. Going for car rides is one of my favorite things to do as I know I will be with you. I’m fostered in a hime with other digsand they are fine but remember I want to be the center of attention. Due to the nature of the breed, AAP would like any potential adopter to be dog knowledgeable and ,if possible, experienced with the breed. Pekingese require grooming on a regular basis and may require a breed appropriate diet. Full grown, Pekingese can weigh up to14lbs with a life span of 12 to 15 years. Honey is up to date on all shots, heart worm negative, on heart worm preventative, microchiped, de-wormed, and spayed. Honey’s adoption fee is $300.00. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS. Out of state adopters are responsible for arranging transport, WE DO NOT SHIP DOGS. For events calendar and adoption application please go to our website at aaprescue.org
