Buddha's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Buddha's Story...
My name is Buddha but somehow that was turned into "Buddha Belly," by my foster Mom. The lady is a little much. I told her I only like to cuddle at night when things are calm and quiet but she keeps following me around making kissy faces.

So then she sets me up with wet food because I just can't resist and I'm starting to wonder when she's going to chill out. I like to just hang out during the day. My partying days are over.
I'll occasionally play well with my brother Om but typically prefer to observe my human because I think you are are nuts. Be prepared for the surprise purr in your ear in the middle of the night. It's osmosis to help you fall in love with me.... again.

Cats adopted through FUR will be vaccinated, spayed or neutered, tested for Felv/FIV and they are microchipped prior to adoption. Typical Adult cat adoption donations are $75, cash or cards accepted, sorry no checks. Southern California residents only, we do not adopt to residents not within driving distance of our adoption centers. Please visit our website, www.felineundergroundrescue.com for an application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Buddha, a Winchester Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Winchester, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Winchester.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Winchester already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Winchester breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Winchester paves the way for another one to be saved.
