Looking for the sweetest pair of family dogs in Maryland? Blue and Ocean are a perfectly matched set of perfect gentlemen! Both boys weigh 65 pounds and are very healthy and well behaved. The love kids and get along well with other dogs.

They are fully vaccinated, microchipped, crate trained, leash trained and perfectly housebroken. These sweet boys live with their owners in Clarksburg, MD, near Baltimore and Washington DC. Both dogs are very healthy and vet records will be provided to their new owners.

Blue is 5. He is Grey with white markings. Ocean is 2. He is fawn with white markings.

Blue is 5 years old, while his buddy, Ocean is just 2. Both dogs are purebred American Pitbull Terriers – among the very best dog breeds for children. Blue and Ocean LOVE kids of all ages and sizes. They are such amazing companions – gentle and patient with everyone they meet.

Blue and Ocean are very much loved by their family. Unfortunately, Dad is in the military and being deployed, leaving Mom with a very busy schedule and so little time to devote to the boys.

While they are devastated to find it necessary to rehome them, they realize that Blue and Ocean deserve to have a home in which they are the focus, rather than an afterthought.

Ideally, it would be wonderful for Blue and Ocean to find a home where they can stay together. They get along so well with each other and keep each other company when the owners are not home. Good offers to adopt them separately will be considered, however.

Their ideal home would be with a family with children, a couple or single who owns their own home, has a securely fenced back yard, and lots of time to give the boys the love, attention, exercise and companionship they need and very much deserve.

The owners would love to keep in touch, so hopefully that would be fine with the new owners.

These are such special dogs. Please offer them a special forever home today. They will give back so much more than they receive, and will surely wag and wiggle their way into your heart in no time.

About Baltimore Find My Pet A Home

About Our Rescue Group...

In many locations throughout the USA and Canada, shelters are rescues are filled to capacity, leaving pet owners who can no longer care for their pet with nowhere to turn. Many pets are needlessly being euthanized.

Being placed in a shelter is a very stressful experience for all pets - and their owners. We offer a very good alternative, allowing pets to stay in the loving care of their owners while a new home is located for them.

We have helped many pet owners in need to place their pet in a home where they have great peace of mind in knowing that their pet is being cherished, well cared for and kept safe, happy and healthy.

Come Meet Our Pets...

In most instances, our pets stay with their owners until a new home can be located. There are some situations which require a more urgent placement, and in these instances, we look for loving foster homes to care for these pets until a permanent home can be located.

Pets available for adoption can be viewed on our website at

Our Adoption Process...

When a pet is placed with our organization, our staff create a very honest and compelling adoption story about the pet, using the information provided to us.

We then spread the word about this pet's need for a new home through a wide variety of online services, and through local outreach.

Interested parties are directed to fill out a formal request to meet a pet, providing in-depth information about themselves.

Before a potential adopter is introduced to a pet, we do careful reference screening and a criminal records check.

Should the pet's owner and the adoptive party agree to an adoption, a formal agreement is entered into, requiring the new owner to agree to keep in touch, ensure the pet's physical and emotional well-being, and provide a safe, happy and healthy home.

They are required to agree that they will not surrender the pet to a shelter or give away the pet - but rather they are to contact our organization so that we can find another suitable home, in the event that they are unable to fulfill their commitment.

The owners deliver the pet to the new owners, so that they can do a home inspection prior to leaving the pet in the new owner's care.

Our organization provides follow-up services, contacting the new owners after the first week, and then every 45 days for the first nine months post-adoption. This helps ensure the pet is being well cared for, and that the new owners have any support they need in adjusting to life with their new companion,
