Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Chevy came in to a small shelter in southeast Arizona and was not claimed by an owner. We believe Chevy to be a French Brittany mix estimated to be approx. 2 years old.
Chevy is currently very timid and shy, but we feel he has great potential to be the right person's best friend. He will require someone dedicated to spending time with him, training and building his confidence. Chevy has a long tail, but currently he keeps it tucked. Chevy is not at all aggressive and does well with other dogs. An adopter must understand that Chevy may be shy and reserved now, but is a young dog that has the potential to be very active.
Chevy is up to date on his vaccines, neutered and tested negative for heartworm, tick & lyme disease. He is good in a crate. We are believe he is house broken but are still taking him out on a regular basis to establish routine.
Our adoption process includes an application, interview, home visit and meet and greet with the dog. We give all adopters a two week trial period to make sure we have made the right match. The adoption fee will be refunded should the dog be returned to the rescue within in the two week
period. Chevy's adoption fee is $350.
