Pikachu was an owner surrender they are moving out of state and could not take him with them. He is a toy fox terrier, Chihuahua mix. He is 4 years old and loves to go on car rides and walks. He will be neutered and get all his shots before we adopt him out but he could go foster to adopt right now..
