Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This sweet boy is Rhett Rawlings. How in the world this adorable two year old Piebald ended up as a stray on the street is unimaginable, but it happened. He's a little under weight, only weighing about 10 1/2 lbs. and he rarely barks. His foster mom tells us he will bark one time to let you know he wants up on the couch to sit with you. He loves being a lapdog and picked up using a doggie door right away. Rhett gets along great with other dogs and older children. He loves going for walks, and does great even though he doesn't know any commands. He gets real excited when he gets a harness and leash on.
He is not crate trained so he's been sleeping with one of his human foster siblings and sleeps all night without any fuss. One concern is that Rhett is a "runner." One of the kids opened the door and he ran right past everyone and bolted out the door. The family had to sprint after him, but luckily caught up with him, so in a new forever home, care to secure him safely will be necessary. He does show signs of separation anxiety so he'll do best in a family with someone who works from home or is able to be with him the majority of the day. He's a well behaved little guy who loves playing with toys and would love to have a forever family to call his own.
