Founder of rescue is employed at animal shelter and rescues rabbits from being adopted by people looking to exploit them as food, breeding, being fed to reptiles, and used for training hunting dogs. All rabbits are placed into temporary foster homes and spayed and neutered prior to adoption. Once they are spayed and neutered they are transported from foster homes to adoption fairs at PetCo on 324 S College Road, Wilmington NC and are publicly shown until they find forever homes. These rabbits are given a second chance to a new family. Please don't buy from a breeder. Adopt a rescued rabbit!
