Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Roxie is a beautiful, 18 lb, one-year-old girl. She was saved from a high-kill shelter in West TN. We believe she may be a schnauzer/dachshund/yorkie mix. She loves to snuggle (although she is a wiggle worm!) and give lots of kisses to her humans once she warms up to them! Roxie is a medium energy gal. She is a bit nervous and uneasy around new people, but we believe once she has some consistency in her life, that will improve! Roxie does well with other dogs although she doesn't actively play with them. She isn't house broken yet, but she is crate trained! Roxie's potential family will need to be patient with her while she learns to trust. She is a sweet girl who just wants her own family to call her own. If you are interested in adding Roxie to your family, please go to www.goofyfootrescue.org to complete an online adoption application. Roxie is being fostered in West TN and will be transported up north once her adoption is finalized.
