Here's what the humans have to say about me:
** we are no longer accepting applications for this dog**
Gypsy is a 1 1/2 yr old female ShihTzu. She has a sweet personality and loves to cuddle. She will need a home without children due to a history of nipping at them which is why she was surrendered to Happy Tails. Gypsy is a bit nervous around people she doesn't know but warms up quickly. Because she was tormented by a young child the first part of her life, she is not very trusting when approached. She has been with her foster home for a good while and has come around wonderfully. She loves to play with other dogs but will try to boss them if they get too close to her human which would make it better if she was the only dog (but visitors are fine)
Gypsy is house trained and up to date on shots. She is a barker and therefore not good for an apartment.
Gypsy's life span is between 13-15 years and applicants must be ready to make a commitment to him for the next 11-13 years.
Gypsy's adoption fee is $400. For an application for Gypsy, go to www.happytailsrescue.ca/adopt
**applicants must be in a 2 hr driving range from Toronto/Niagara area as we do home visits ourselves with our dogs.
