Heinrich's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, and not good with cats.

Heinrich's Story...
Hi! I am Heinrich's foster dad. Let me introduce you to Heinrich!

Need big? Need sweet? If so, Heinrich would fill that bill and then some!

Heinrich is a very handsome boy. He gets along well with his foster brothers and sisters, which are all large. He has a very high prey drive and does not get along with cats. Small dogs and other small animals are an unknown.

He is very affectionate and loves to snuggle and give kisses.

Heinrich is very food motivated which will make training easy. Training will really go far with this guy. He is looking for a leader, a partner....

Heinrich is still young enough that he likes to play and be active, but he also enjoys just hanging out with his foster mom and dad.

Now he just needs his very own forever family to love!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Heinrich, a Houston German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Houston, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Houston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Houston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Houston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Houston paves the way for another one to be saved.
