My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Sylvie, I am a gentle girl and just one year old.  Somehow I found myself all alone in the world, outside and hungry, and, are you ready for this, I was pregnant. I was surviving on my own at an apartment complex when a kind person gave me some good food and knew I should not be out there but inside and loved. I am glad I trusted my instincts to let this kind young woman pick me up and take me with her because I am now safe and sound, awaiting my forever home. Boy am I glad she was connected to Pets Bring Joy and knew what to do.
I am just a little over a year old as of this posting in August 2016, I would love to get the gift of a forever home with a kind human who will appreciate my quiet demeanor, gentle disposition and sweet personality. I love to be petted and stroked which makes me so happy to be with someone who cares. I don't like other cats so much though, so if I can be an only I would be less afraid. I am a small cutie pie with black and white, short fur and bright golden eyes. I would love to be there for you when you come home and want faithful companionship and the sound of contented kitten purrs. 
I want to meet you! I know what it's like to be alone outdoors and I know that's not the kind of life I am cut out for - I am an indoor kitty, destined to provide my person with happiness and love.
