Cassidy's Story...
If you are looking for a sweet, silly girl, then you have found the right dog with Cassidy!! Cassidy is great with kids and people! She has lived with a small child and Cassidy is a true sweetheart with everyone she meets. When Miss Cassidy came to us she had recently given birth to three puppies. Cassidy, the good momma she is, took wonderful care of her babies. Her babies have found their homes and now it's Cassidy's turn to find a family to take care of her! Cassidy loves to snuggle, but she can be a bit timid when meeting new people. She does not take long to warm up to people though. Cassidy has been around a lot of other dogs and is wonderful with them. And if you don't already have a dog in your home, Cassidy won't mind a bit! Cassidy enjoys being outside and going for walks. But if you sit down for a break, this silly girl will try her best to sit in your lap for some loving. She is such a gentle girl. Cassidy does really well on house-training if you keep her on a regular schedule. She also does well in a crate. Cassidy is up to date on vaccinations, spayed, heartworm negative and microchipped. Cassidy is believed to be about 2-3 years old. She is ready to please you and just waiting for you to give her a chance to make you smile. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cassidy, a Evansville Coonhound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Coonhound for sale in Evansville, or seeking a Coonhound dog from a breeder in Evansville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Evansville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Evansville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Coonhound breeders who help with Coonhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Evansville paves the way for another one to be saved.
