Rosy is a sweet senior girl looking for love! A beautiful 12 year old dark dapple girl Rosy weighs 9 pounds and is full of joy!

Rosy loves EVERYONE! She gets along well with dogs, cats, and children of all ages. This sweet little girl loves to be loved! She loves nothing more than to be wrapped up in a blanket and snuggled.

Rosy will try and jump off of a bed or couch so precautions should be taken to ensure this does not happen. This wonderful loving girl is leash trained and house trained, but like all dachshunds she will need to be confident in her environment to have good potty habits. All rescue dogs go thru a period of adjustment so understanding and patience is important.

Rosy would be a wonderful family dog. She is police and gentle and somewhat submissive. She is a gentle loving girl. Rose LOVES to try and sneak a drink of your morning coffee so WATCH YOUR CUP!

Rosy is hard of hearing but not completely deaf. She seems to have a bit of arthritis in her back hips but acts like a puppy and will race around her foster home in Florida. She loves to play with squeaky toys and enjoys cuddle time. She would love a home where she could sleep in the big bed.
