Phoebe is such a precious, sweet girl. This 2 year old has the most gorgeous green eyes. Phoebe sits pretty in her cardboard box and is waiting for an owner to reclaim her or for a new family to come fall in love and adopt her. Phoebe came to the shelter when she was found outside on 8/13. Maybe she'd never been outside before and slipped out as someone opened the door. Or maybe her owner thought she would have more fun outside on her own, and did not think of the consequences of letting a beloved pet outside, the danger of sickness, car strike, or the pet getting lost. We hope Phoebe is in a loving home soon (she is available for adoption on 8/20 if an owner does not reclaim her. As you can see it does not take much to make her happy. She doesn't need special toys or a fancy home, she'll just be happy with the love you have to give. She is up to date with shots and will be spayed, combo-tested, and micro-chipped upon adoption. Phoebe is in Cage 652 and her ID is 588151.
