My story

Hello everyone, my name is Dino and I'm so nervous my little hind legs are trembling as my foster mommy is writing this for me. I'm 12 years old and the story of my life begins when my Basset sister Ellie and I were the cherished babies of our owner for 10 years of our lives. The situation changed for us however when our owner had a change in his life and it caused us to be living outdoors in Phoenix. We were still loved very much, but the heat was more than our owner thought we needed to endure any longer so here we are. Well... AZBHR got us right away to the doctor to make sure we had everything we needed and for me that meant a dental and some Metacam for the arthritic issues that my vet here is sure I have and will get worse over time. It helps me actually to move a little faster and I sure would like to play -I think- with my foster Bassets, but, I just don't know. I am very unsure of things still and when I am around others the urge to just explode all over them in anger overtakes me.
