My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I am a 1.5-2 year old pup with a playful puppy personality and my name is Fargo. I came from an Oklahoma puppy mill where I wasn't handled or socialized. I am slowly learning to trust and even like people! I love toys and must admit I am somewhat of a toy hoarder! I have to get out every toy in the toy basket to make sure I have the right one to play with! I would like to have another dog in my new home because they help me trust the humans.

I do love to lay in the sun and chew on a rawhide. I am rather shy and enjoy the company of other dogs. My foster Mom sometimes hand feeds me to help me get the confidence to trust her, but it is a lot of work! I want to be around people, but am just not too used to them yet. I am certain to come around soon though! I am ready to be yours since I am current on shots and have already been neutered! (What a shocker THAT was!)

I know I will take what the people call 'patience' but I know my inner Iggy will kick in and I can learn to be an awesome pet!
