Finn's Story...
Finn is a husky/shepherd cross recently rescued from the euthanasia list from Roswell. He's about 1 year old, smaller build - about 40 lbs. His favorite hobbies include giving kisses and hugs, wiggling around, goofing around with his border collie foster sister, going on hikes, napping and enjoying life! Finn has a very friendly and loving demeanor. He's working on getting used to the crate and learning his basic commands. He's been given a clean bill of health by the vet, and is up to date on shots, neutered and microchipped. He's a really happy pup, has lots of energy, but also enjoys nap time. Finn is quite handsome with beautiful eyes, one blue and one brown. Finn is very social and would do best in a home with a doggie sibling he could play with. He also requires a home with a secure yard to run in, preferably with 6+ft tall fences. He will need a patient and experienced owner who will understand Finn's struggle with separation anxiety. Will you be Finn's new family? Finn's adoption fee is $225.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Finn, a Cedar Crest Siberian Husky/German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Siberian Husky/German Shepherd Dog for sale in Cedar Crest, or seeking a Siberian Husky/German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Cedar Crest.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cedar Crest already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cedar Crest breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Siberian Husky/German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with Siberian Husky/German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cedar Crest paves the way for another one to be saved.
