Gator's Story...
Hi, my name is Gator. I love this green toy. I got spa day today, so I'm nice and clean and smell good. I drove all the way from Birmingham two weeks ago, but I stayed on the truck and went all the way to Prescott. Then the other day I heard I was wanted in Tucson (not for any criminal behavior, I am a good boy). So now I'm back. I like it here. I think I'll stay awhile. I'm looking for a foster home now to get me ready for my forever home. I just need room for my green toy. Let me know if I can come stay with you.

Gator is 4. His small dog status is not yet known, but he is not cat tolerant. Gator is a people dog. He is your shadow out in the yard, loves pets and gives great kisses.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gator, a Tucson Greyhound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Greyhound for sale in Tucson, or seeking a Greyhound dog from a breeder in Tucson.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Tucson already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Tucson breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Greyhound breeders who help with Greyhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Tucson paves the way for another one to be saved.
