Check out the before & after of this wonderful young girl, Diamond. She was rescued by Medical Animals In Need (M.A.I.N.) in January ... a very skiny and sick girl, itchy and swollen and suffering from mange. Now, she is absolutely stunning ... a healthy shiny coat, beautiful sparkling eyes, and an incredibly happy-to-love-everyone personality. Truly, she was a Diamond in the rough ... and now she shines
A beautiful brindle pit mix, Diamond enjoys playing with othe dogs. With her medical foster, she romped with dogs that ranged from a Chihuahua to an English mastiff -- everyone had fun :)
Diamond is house broken, very well behaved, loves toys and is happy to share them. Her whole girly bottom wiggles when she waggles her tail -- she is so cute! Diamond eats right next to her foster sister Ruby and no one has any squabbles. Her foster mom said she likes to talk and has a really cute voice -- oh if she could only make words! She really tries!
Her medical foster has also been teaching Diamond some basics. She has "sit" pretty well mastered, and "stay" is just okay. Again, she really tries :) She also loves hanging out on the sofa to relax, but when foster mom comes in the room and says "off" so she can have a place to sit, Diamond promptly gets down. She wouldn't mnind if you had an extra big couch so she could share it with you... there would be no complaints.
Diamond is a really, really good girl with a loving heart and loads of appreciation for humans. She is available for adoption through M.A.I.N. and you can message us here for an adoption application if you'd like to meet her. Her adoption fee is only $175. She's spayed, vaccinated, has her rabies shot, and all that itchy mange is a thing of the past.
