Juno's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Juno's Story...
Juno is a precious 2 year old, perfectly medium-sized lab mix. She's long and low like a Bassett and weighs 38 pounds. She has all the sweetness of a lab with a very quiet, calm demeanor. She's house trained, crate trained and does well on a leash. She also doesn't bark or chew! She's worked very hard the last couple of months getting ready for her forever home - she just completed her heartworm treatment and she is better than every. She did nothing but love on everyone throughout the process. Her favorite things are belly rubs, treats, and snuggling with her people. She's never met a human stranger and gets along with other dogs as well. Since she's so mellow she should do well with or without animal siblings. Everyone that meets Juno raves about how sweet she is and she's ready to give all that love to her forever home!

Juno is spayed, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped, and current on Trifexis. She is eagerly waiting your response! :). She is located in Huntsville, AL, but she is available for adoption in your area. http://forrescue.net/dog-application/

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Juno, a Chattanooga Labrador Retriever/Basset Hound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Basset Hound for sale in Chattanooga, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Basset Hound dog from a breeder in Chattanooga.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chattanooga already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chattanooga breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Basset Hound breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Basset Hound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chattanooga paves the way for another one to be saved.
