Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Can you believe this sweet boy was found out in the woods? Yep, Mookey came running out of the trees as the finder drove down a dirt road up in northwest Arizona. He was purposely running towards the car as if he was trying to flag down he driver. And the story gets better from there.
Mookey had a license tag from a Northern California shelter. After calling the shelter and getting owner info, the person said "I gave him away." How he got from Northern California to Northwestern Arizona is still a mystery.
So Mookey is now looking for his FOREVER home -- someone that will cherish his loving, easy going personality and not dump him somewhere. He is great with other dogs, house broken, playful and loves people. What more could you want? Mookey is neutered, fully vaccinated and tested negative for heartworm, tick & lyme disease.
Our adoption process includes an application, home visit, interview and meet/greet. The adoption donation for Mookey is $150 which helps us purchased food and medical care for all the dogs in our rescue.
