Kramer (...is in Somerville)'s Story...
Are you ready to meet the love of your life? Well then this is your lucky day.

I'd like you to meet Kramer. This big, super duper sweet and handsome boy is approx. 4 years old. Did I mention that he is SUPER DUPER SWEET?? He's a love and he just LOVES PEOPLE. He was found as a stray in Weymouth. He was rescued and brought to the vet to be neutered and have all of his vaccinations updated. From his time living on the streets, he has become dominant. Kramer will do best in a home without any other cats but a dog is ok. He is a major league LOVE so he will do great in a home with children of all ages.

Kramer is healthy but did test positive for FIV. If you do not know what FIV is, please Google THE TRUTH ABOUT FELINE FIV and read about it before you make a hasty decision and miss out on adopting a SUPER SWEET AND LOVABLE CAT just because you were misinformed.

If you are interested in meeting Kramer, please visit our website www.happytailspetrescue.org and fill out our adoption application. Once this is done, Cindy will contact you to arrange a Kramer meet and greet.

Thank you for stopping by. We hope to meet you soon.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Kramer (...is in Somerville), a Somerville Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Somerville, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Somerville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Somerville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Somerville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Somerville paves the way for another one to be saved.
