Meet this fun little girl named Daffney! Daffney is about 10 weeks old and weighs about 9 lbs. She was wandering out into the road on her own with no mom or siblings in sight at about 5 weeks old. Thankfully, a good samaritan passer by stopped and scooped her up and she has been with our rescue ever since! Unfortunately, due to the situation, we are uncertain of her breed but believe she is a terrier mix of some sort that will be medium in size full grown. But when you meet Daffney, it won't matter because she is so happy and excited to be a part of this big wide world...she's super sweet, amazingly smart, and loads of fun! She picked up crate training very quickly and is catching on to house training pretty fast too! She has gotten used to all types of other dogs and people....big and small and just wants to play, play, play!!! If you are up for the task of puppyhood to provide good training and lots of love and patience to this baby girl, she is up for learning and loving you back 10 fold! Please note: we will require a fenced yard environment for this adoption.

Adoption events are every Saturday, excluding holidays, at the Petco located at 11331 W. Broad Street, Glen Allen, VA (next to Trader Joe’s) from 11:00am to 2:00pm.
