Bear's Story...
Bear and his liter mates were turned over to our rescue after the mother died. They were bottle fed till old enough to eat dog food. We have no idea of what the mix is with the liter. They are playful, love to run,and chew on your fingers. Bear has a little stub for a tail. I have posted pictures trying to show you the markings on his chest and legs. Bear was neutered today and is now ready for his loving home. He has had all his puppy shots, rabies shot and started on heartworm prevention. He weighed 13.6 today when he was at the vet today. He has never been around a cat or kitten to see how he would do but usually as a puppy they learn to get along. Since the exacte breed of the liter is not known it is hard to say how big they will get when fully grown.Click the link to fill out a adoption application:www.adoptapet.com/rosies-rescuesoftn/adoption-application/

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bear, a Tiptonville Border Collie puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Border Collie for sale in Tiptonville, or seeking a Border Collie puppy from a breeder in Tiptonville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Tiptonville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Tiptonville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Border Collie breeders who help with Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Tiptonville paves the way for another one to be saved.
