Here's what the humans have to say about me:
PLEASE VIST WWW.LOVEBUGSRESCUE.ORG FOR AN APPLICATION IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN MEETING ANY OF OUR DOGS.
We found this sweet little gal at the shelter, filthy, terrified, and shaking in the back of her kennel. Our best guess is that Noey spent her life as a back yard dog with little interaction from humans and we knew she would benefit greatly from some socialization in a foster home to help her get ready to find her forever family.
Noey is a 3 year old, 16 pound, Maltese/Westie mix with a heart of gold. This gal is on the timid side when meeting new people and will need a calm home with someone who will be patient and let her settle in at her own pace. She has become quiet fond of her foster family and is very affectionate once she feels comfortable with her humans. Noey does well with other dogs and is both crate and potty trained in her foster home. She has likely never been taught to walk on a leash so we are slowly working on building her confidence so she feels comfortable going out for a daily stroll. Noey was filthy and her coat was painfully matted when we rescued her. She will need someone who is committed to a regular grooming routine to keep her coat healthy and beautiful. Noey is a wonderful girl with lots of love to give. We know she will make an amazing companion for someone very special.
Our adoption fee for Noey is $300 and includes her spay, microchip, vaccines, professional grooming, treatment for fleas and worms and best of all, lots of love and socialization in her foster home.
