Honey's Info...

Honey's Story...
Honey and her sister Rosie look so much alike so we have a green collar on Honey and a pink collar on Rosie. Both girls are striped tabbies, with a couple of splashes of orange. Honey is a sweet and playful girl. In her foster home she likes to sit next to her foster mom when she is on the computer and also likes to sit on books. She's a little bit shy, but still a confident kitten. She plays well with her siblings and with the adult cats in her foster home and she really loves human attention.

Honey, Rosie, Wally and Howie were born to an outdoor cat in May 2016. They were brought to our rescue as young kittens.

Honey is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $60. Of course she would love to be adopted with her sister to have as a playmate in her forever home. Just a suggestion...

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Honey, a Manitowoc Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Manitowoc, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Manitowoc.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Manitowoc already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Manitowoc breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Manitowoc paves the way for another one to be saved.
