Baby belonged to a young woman that is now off to college and the parents did not wish to care for Baby. Baby is only 4 years old. He/she is the sweetest little one. Loves to sit on your hand and give kisses. Adoption fee is $45.00 and Parrots First only adopts in the Los Angeles area.
