Macks's Story...
M16-166 Macks
They call me Macks. My foster mom thinks I might be part wire-hair, whatever that is, because I have this short, smooth, flat coat with lots of gray and black: handsome tabby M forehead markings and some great white eye makeup too. My foster mom says I have a lot to say. My opinion is, I just have a lot of energy and I like to be busy. I need a home where active people are available to do stuff with a smart, active boy like me. I had a hard start, which is probably why I just have to be noticed! I'm about 14 weeks old and I need a home that understands cats, and will help me relax and enjoy life. I'm healthy, current on my shots, neutered and negative for FIV-FELV. I'd do well with responsible, older young people, but not little kids. I'm okay with polite cats, but I should meet dogs carefully. If you think I'd fit your life, you should definitely contact Magicats and we will see what we can work out! Gee, I hope I get a great forever home! For more information send an email to: magicats@filertel.com or send an adoption application on the website: www.magicatsrescue.org

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Macks, a Buhl Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Buhl, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Buhl.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Buhl already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Buhl breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Buhl paves the way for another one to be saved.
