TRIXIE's Info...

I am housetrained, good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

TRIXIE's Story...
TRIXIE is a 2-3 year old Black Lab mix who was surrendered to us because she chased the cat and the ducks on her family's farm. She is sweet and affectionate, and housebroken. TRIXIE is good with kids and some other dogs. She prefers the company of female dogs who are either her size or bigger, and who are more on the submissive side. TRIXIE likes to be the queen bee. She loves to be with people and would make a great playmate for kids because she really likes them.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

TRIXIE, a Cadiz Labrador Retriever/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Labrador Retriever for sale in Cadiz, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Cadiz.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cadiz already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cadiz breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cadiz paves the way for another one to be saved.
