Facts about Honey

  • Breed: Jack Russell Terrier/Dachshund Mix
  • Color: White - With Brown Or Chocolate
  • Age: Adult
  • Size: Small 25 lbs (11 kg) or less
  • Sex: Female
Honey is a sweet little girl. She was rescued from Rockdale County Animal Control where she was impounded as a stray. She is between 2 and 3 years old and weighs 16 lbs. We think she could be a Jack Russel/ Dachshund mix who is currently going through her heartworm treatment. She is simply awesome. She might be a bit shy at first and needs a few minutes to warm up to new people but once she did she is a total Lap dog. She barely barks, is housebroken and great with other pets, people and kids.

PLEASE DO NOT FILL OUT AN APPLICATION ONLINE!!!
Send us an e mail in order to receive an application.
We are only able to meet with pre approved adopters by appointment since our organization is operating on foster homes only!

Her adoption fee is $ 250 which includes all her vaccines, heartworm test and treatment, spay and micro chip.

About Paws and Stars Animal Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

We are a group of 3 rescuers who dedicate their time and passion to safe unwanted animals
The reason why I'm doing this is because there are way too many animals suffering and dieing daily in shelters and not enough people who can or want to offer help.

It is heartbreaking to see these poor souls wishing for nothing but a loving home.

Our Adoption Process...

We just meet with pre approved adopter and every potential adopter has to go through a screening via an application.
If you already have pets, you need to have prove of vaccinations, spay and neuter, Heartworm test and prevention.
All our animals are family members and will be not adopted out to a consistent outdoor living situation.

As a potential adopter you have to agree to a house visit prior adoption and also after adoption progress.

The adoption fee varies but all our animals will be adopted out up to date on shots, heartworm test and spayed or neutered.
