Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Butters was found as a young kitten outside and obviously ill. We had him for a few weeks before it was discovered he had a pharnygeal polyp inside his head, behind his eye. He needed surgery and had that at the NIVES emergency service clinic and has since recovred. One eye will leak a tear or two on occassion but he could outgrown that. Noother issues with Butters but we do feel he might be better as an only cat because he never had the chance to learn to play with other kittens. He was ill and therefore segregated and then after the surgery, he had stitches running up his neck and throat and could not be risked having those torn by another kitten in play, so poor Buttters spent the first 7 months o his life watching others play but not being able to interact. he can live perfectly with other gentle adult cats and does so now, but he would need a good natured cat like our Moses who is just the best or Ava to tell him when to back off or that he might be getting too rough. He has not other bad habits, no other issues and is going to be a large cat when he is fully grown. He is also going to be drop dead gorgeous !!! His surgery was over $2800 but we could not let this beautiful kitten die from a polyp - he deserved his chance at life and now needs his own people, home, safe inside and loving arms. He is playful and sweet by nature.
