Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Blue is a spayed female blue-grey rabbit, possibly a mixed American. She is 1 year, 2 months old as of May 2017. She has nipped in her foster home, so we would advise against a home with small children. However, this behavior is not aggression but fear and anxiety. The technique in this video at http://rabbit.org/strategies-for-managing-behavior-problems-in-companion-rabbits/ (please copy and paste the URL into your browser) by Mary Cotter and Susan Brown, DVM of the House Rabbit Society, is rapidly decreasing this behavior in Blue. Once the issue of moving her stuff is settled, she loves (loves, loves!) a bag of paper that she can dig in and drag into her condo and inspecting the house for dust bunnies. Her litter box habits are great, too!
If you're interested in adopting Blue, please fill out the application at http://www.friendsofrabbits.org/forms/form?verify=abc123&formid=3852 and email Friends of Rabbits at adoptions@friendsofrabbits.org. and someone will call or email you to schedule a visit. Her adoption fee is $75. Blue is fostered in Gaithersburg, MD.
