Jed--ADOPTED!!'s Story...
This is a courtesy listing. Please note the contact info below:

Black, white and tan
Smooth Coat
Jed is larger of tow (est. to grow to 50-60 lbs. with more tan and larger hound-like feet.
Jake is smaller (est. to be 35-40 lbs.) and appears to have more border collie in him.

These adorable pups are ready and waiting for their forever homes(s). Rescued from the Richland Co. Animal Shelter and in foster care since early June, these boys have had all of their shots and are neutered, on HW preventative, and micro chipped. Both are mostly housetrained and they are crate trained. They love other dogs and kids of all ages, and seem to be okay with cats. Jed is a bit more independent and can entertain himself with his toys, while Jake is more timid and more of a follower (of you or other dogs) but he is also very toy motivated. Both are very loving and sweet and so much fun to have around with a great medium energy level (for BC mixes!)…. Awesome companion and family dogs!

If you are interested in adding Jake and/or Jed to your family and are ready to handle puppy mischief, please email. Adoption fee and contract apply.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jed--ADOPTED!!, a Tiffin Border Collie/Hound (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Border Collie/Hound (Unknown Type) for sale in Tiffin, or seeking a Border Collie/Hound (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Tiffin.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Tiffin already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Tiffin breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Border Collie/Hound (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Border Collie/Hound (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Tiffin paves the way for another one to be saved.
