My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

We don't know if we've ever met a more friendly dog than Alani - she is an absolute dream girl. This little black & tan Carolina dog was rescued by SCD from the Weatherford TX shelter in the nick of time as the shelter was overflowing! Boy are we glad we stepped up for her because she is sweeter than your Grandma's Apple Pie...really she is!! Belly rubs and giving kisses back to you - tossing her stuffed animals in the air and pouncing on them - wagging her tail at at least 100 mph (we're working on getting the actual speed).....she's such a happy and sweet girl. She's between 10-12 months old and she's been spayed, she's HW negative, up to date on her shots, micro chipped and wondering when you're going to come and get her and take her home! (we can also transport her to just about anywhere in the country)

Alani is curious and happy to meet other dogs - at the shelter they have cats free roaming and she paid them no mind at all. She loves, loves, loves people!! Her mask on her face is beautiful and she's got a long sleek body with that amazing CD tuck - and she's still a baby! If you're looking for the perfect little girl that's going to turn into a stunningly gorgeous adult Carolina Dog then you really don't need to look any further - she's right here!!
