Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This is Meeka, a world class snuggler and all around amazingly sweet little girl. She's 4 years old--about 7 lbs--potty trained and a lovely mix of toy poodle and Pomeranian. She loves car rides, is good with other dogs, but not all that interested in playing...just wants to be with her human/s. And she is hypoallergenic...pretty much has soft poodle hair. She will be ready for adoption at the end of next week after she is healed up from spay surgery. She is in a CHEW Dog Rescue foster home, and the foster mom's son says she's "the perfect dog". Because of her mini size we are looking for a home that does not have preschool children.
(An adoption donation of $300 is required.)
If you are interested in adopting this dog, please email CHEW Dog Rescue at pawsontherun@gmail.com and ask for the adoption application form. If you have previously submitted an application form, there is no need to re-apply. Just let us know you're interested in this dog. We do our best to match families and dogs so everyone is pleased and the placement is permanent. We reserve the right to refuse an applicant if the home situation is incompatible with the needs of the rescue dog. Rescue is about doing our best for the dog. We do home and reference checks. All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and are up to date with current vaccinations, before being placed in their forever homes.
