Here's what the humans have to say about me:
We have an incredible dog who survived an incredible situation and we're looking for a TEXAS foster or adopter for him.
"Afortunado" which means lucky in Spanish!
We saved him from a high kill shelter, he ended up there because he was saved from a horrible hoarding case in Corpus Christi. It was one of the worst police had ever seen.
Afortunado was very scared when he arrived at his fosters home in the summer. They worked with him tremendously and he's come out of his shell and is learning people can be good. He had adjusted to living with family, but then they didn't want him anymore, so now he's been living in a boarding kennel type of set up. The owner there is wonderful to Afortunado but we want to get him back into a home. Please help us give him the home he deserves!
He was good with kids, dogs cats too!!!
Afortunado has a gorgeous black velvet coat, he is neutered, fully vaccinated, housebroken and microchipped. He's about 60lbs.
