LuceeGoosie*Adopted's Story...

Adoption Donation: $150.00

Hello!  I am the cutest little peach, only 9yrs old and I weigh 9lbs!  Somebody named me Lucy when I was found, and everybody I met along the way called me LuceeGoosie, so what the heck, I had my name legally changed!  I am completely housetrained and I will use potty pads if you'd rather.

All I want to do is snuggle up gently and be loved and cherished.  My vision is fading, but I have drops that keep me comfortable and I will sit nicely while you help me with that every day.

I'm currently being fostered in Largo, FL

Why Adoption is a Great Option

LuceeGoosie*Adopted, a Chattanooga Maltese dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maltese for sale in Chattanooga, or seeking a Maltese dog from a breeder in Chattanooga.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chattanooga already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chattanooga breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maltese breeders who help with Maltese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chattanooga paves the way for another one to be saved.
