Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This sweet girl is Suzie, one of our newest members here at the RCHS family! She was dumped off locally at someone's home and taken to us for help. She appears to have recently given birth to a litter, and the owners no longer wanted. Unfortunately, the poor girl did test positive for heart worm, so she will need to continue on Heart Guard while being monitored and restested every 6-12 months to monitor his progress. We believe her to be a Black Labrador Retreiver mix. She's approx. 1 1/2 years old, weighs approx. 56 pounds, is up to date on all vaccinations, de-wormed, and will be spayed before adoption She's very friendly and laid back. He would love a fur-ever home and would make anyone a great companion. Her adoption fee is $200. Her ID is DF1608020. An application is available by clicking on the following link http://www.robesonhumanesociety.org/images/Adoption_Application_2015.doc
You can email it back to us at rchsfriendsforlife@gmail.com, or fax it to 910-738-8685. All animals at RCHS are up to date on vaccinations, tested for Felv/Fiv, heart worm and treated if positive, de-wormed and spayed or neutered if over the age of 6 months. If they are younger than 6 months, the adopter receives a voucher that is good at any vet and covers a portion of the procedure. For more info on how to adopt, please email us at rchsfriendsforlife@gmail.com or call the shelter at 910-738-8282. Robeson county Humane Society is a non-profit no-kill State recognized 501c3 that operates primarily from donations, fundraisers and volunteers, with minimal Government support.
