My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lima Bean here! He's a 2 year old handsome Treeing Walker Coonhound mix that was brought in by the Avon Police Department. Mr. Bean wasn't booked on anything, he was just a lonely stray looking for a home. Lima waited for 10 days for someone to claim him but no one did so he's now at Friendship available for adoption. He's your typical affectionate hound that is a gentle boy and would make be a great addition to any family. It's best if Lima Bean were adopted into a home with a fenced in yard. Coonhounds have high prey drives and tend to chase litter critters and may get lost again if not contained. Lima Bean is waiting. Please don't make him wait too long.

If you have kids and/or another dog in your family and are interested in adopting a Friendship dog please bring them with you for a meet and greet. No appointment is necessary. Stop by anytime during regular business hours

All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are wormed, heartworm tested and spayed or neutered. Dogs 3 months and older are micro-chipped.
