My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

TOBY HAS BEEN ADOPTED!Toby is an extremely gentle, easy-going and mild mannered 1.5 year old male Great Pyr mix. At his last vet visit he weighed in at 99 pounds, so he is a big boy. Toby was rescued from a kill shelter in southern IL. He was surrendered for adoption because his owners didn't have a fence and Toby would wander over to the neighbors, take pool noodles out of the pool, and bring them back to his house. The neighbors didn't find it very funny and called animal control on Toby several times. His owners could not afford to put up a fence to keep Toby home, so he was surrendered for placement. Toby is one of the most gentle natured dogs we have ever met. He absolutely adores everyone, children and other dogs included. He's currently being fostered in Chicago and his foster family reports that he is very mellow, quiet and well behaved in the home. He walks nicely on a leash and is crate trained and housebroken. This beautiful boy will fit in to practically any home, come meet him today! For more information or for an adoption application, please email palsplace1@hotmail.com
Toby's adoption fee is $275. He can be seen by appointment, once an approved application has been received.
