Bianca's Story...
ADOPTION PENDING/COURTESY LISTING: Bianca is a tiny chihuahua with no papers, born the first week of May, 2016. Based on the reported size of her parents, she will not exceed 3.5 pounds. Currently, she is all ears, except for those gorgeous dark eyes that look up at you lovingly. Very active does not even come close to describing her! Which may be why the family pet will not accept her - either that or he is jealous of the attention she garners! Either way, the family needs to rehome her into a family where she will be loved by all. Bianca needs a permanent home with an experienced adopter because she is so small she will need someone with experience to ensure her safety. Adoption fee is $325 to partially reimburse her expenses and she will come with an Outward Hound carrier. Adopter will sign a spay/vaccine/microchip contract which will be strictly enforced for her safety. Email HOPE at b.dlee@yahoo.com with complete information about the home you could provide her and your message will be forwarded to Bianca's current owner. A home visit will be conducted prior to adoption, therefore, applications are limited to Jacksonville and Jacksonville Beach area. Thank you for your interest in Bianca!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bianca, a Jacksonville Chihuahua puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Jacksonville, or seeking a Chihuahua puppy from a breeder in Jacksonville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Jacksonville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Jacksonville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Jacksonville paves the way for another one to be saved.
