Mick's Story...
Hello, there! I'm Mick, a super lover boy who just wants to be with you. I'm famous in my foster home because I give head butts, purrs, and kisses! I'm a handsome grey tabby DSH with aqua-green eyes who was born in May 2016. Not only am I wonderful with humans, I get along great with other kitties and dogs.
I think that I'd fit easily into many loving family environments, so if you think that my affectionate temperament is what you're looking for, why don't you come meet me right away? I'd love to have a lifetime home of my own with my special human to head butt. And I'm sure that your blood pressure would lower just by hearing my purr motor that sounds like a perking coffeepot!
Mick is updated on shots, neutered, dewormed, microchipped, FIV/ FeLV negative, and ready for his indoor-only home. No de-clawing permitted. His adoption fee is $125 for kittens 9 months old and younger, cash or check payable to Buster's Friends. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mick, a Houston Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Houston, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Houston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Houston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Houston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Houston paves the way for another one to be saved.
