I am already neutered, up to date with shots, not good with dogs, and good with cats.

Rodeo (Need a hug?)'s Story...
Need a hug? A co-pilot? If so, this handsome fella is Rodeo! He's a super chill cat that loves attention in the form of a good head or chin scratch; he also makes a might co-pilot on car rides - no carrier needed! Rodeo sometimes tries to nip if he gets overstimulated, so he shouldn't go to a home with children, unless they are well-acquainted with kitties. Rodeo's biggest pleasure is a good nap. He'll make himself comfortable just about anywhere, the back of the couch, the coffee table, on your chest... If you can provide such napping places and some quality head rubs, this is your guy!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rodeo (Need a hug?), a San Pedro Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in San Pedro, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in San Pedro.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Pedro already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Pedro breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Pedro paves the way for another one to be saved.
