Facts about Jackie

  • Breed: Chihuahua Mix
  • Color: Black - With White
  • Age: Adult
  • Size: Small 25 lbs (11 kg) or less
  • Sex: Female
Jackie, a 3 year old 7 lb spayed female, would love someone to love her. She takes a little while to warm up to people, but does appear to prefer women over men and is quite the cuddler! She does great in the car and does very well with her potty habits, only going when her foster parents take her out on walks. They have occasionally kenneled her at night and she does great in the kennel. She really enjoys walking and does quite well on a hardy walk. She was out with her foster parents for dinner and she did great at the table, just relaxing calmly and enjoyed exploring and meeting new people. She has been around a few dogs and does fine, doesn’t seem very interested, but gets a little huffy and puffy when out on the walk. Jackie would do best in a home where she has company since she tends to whine when left all alone. If you are interested in meeting Jackie, please fill out an application found at www.RescueAChi.com and we will give you a call.

About Chihuahua Rescue of San Diego

About Our Rescue Group...

We are a rescue consisting of an all volunteer organization where all of our dogs are in private homes everyday. We do not have a shelter and our dogs are not kept in cages. Our dogs are from county animals shelters or from previous owners that are no longer able to care for their dog. All of our dogs are started on housebreaking, however, we do not guarantee that they will be housebroken. We offer education on how to housebreak a dog as well as other information on different situations. Every dog is spayed or neutered, current on shots, dewormed, frontline for fleas and ticks. Thank you for considering a rescue dog!!!

Come Meet Our Pets...

We often bring our dogs to the Chihuahua Meetups held at Capehart Park.
