About Morgan County Humane Society

About Our Shelter...

The Morgan Co. Humane Society is the only animal shelter located within our county. We provide a safe and loving environment for all homeless pets that enter our facility. We promote spay and neutering with public awareness and spay and neuter assistance and referals for those who need it. We also provide Animal Control and Rescue for Morgan Co. We are funded with donations from the public; a limited amount of income comes from our county. We could not do what we do without the help of many volunteers and generous donations to our shelter.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Pets are available for adoption at our shelter located at 690 W Mitchell St Martinsville, IN on M,T,TH & F 12-5pm and Sat 11-4pm Sunday and Wednesday we are closed.
Off site adoptions take place at Petsmart in Martinsville for cats, any time the store is open. Puppies and adult dogs are brought to various PetSmart (Including Martinsville, Greenwood, Plainfield, amd Bloomington) on Saturdays for adoption.
