Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Sola! She got her name because she was all alone out in a rural area. Sola is a fun-loving, sweet little gal that absolutely LOVES the water! She has gotten along with all the dogs, big and small, in rescue except the puppies. It's like she doesn't understand why they have will not give her personal space or respect boundaries. I guess she forgot she was a puppy not very long ago - oh how maturity changes us!
Sola has done well in the house when visiting and has not been destructive. She loves to wrestle and play with the others and also thinks she is a lap dog! She is up-to-date, fixed and micro-chipped just waiting for her furever home with you where she will never be dumped in the country again.
Please note that we are a TX based dog rescue, so all of our dogs are located in TX until we have an approved adoption application. We work with Rescue Roadtrips, Safe K9 Transports, and Pet LLC to transport our dogs to their new forever homes upon approval of adoption application. The reason we do this is because TX is a high-kill state and we are over populated with unwanted, but wonderful and loving dogs, and finding homes outside of TX helps us to save more lives. Our adoption fee for out of state is $355 ($170 adoption and $185 transportation).
Thank you for considering adopting a southern dog.
