Here's what the humans have to say about me:
My name is Kevin. I'm a 1 yr old, extremely handsome, brown tabby cat, with exquisite coat swirls, white blaze, bib, belly and toes. The volunteers think I should go into modeling, although I am not sure what they mean by that, but they do take lots of pictures of me. I like being up high, in a comfy bed or cat tree and take in all there is to see. However, when people come in the room I make sure to rub against them to greet them. They seem to like it because I get treats! I love playing, either by myself, with interactive wand toys and laser lights or with other cats. I adore other cats and love to rub against them, play or just hang out together. I can be a little shy until I can survey what's going on and then I can be the life of he party. Gentle petting, head, ear, chin and back rubs are one of my favorite, but I am still nervous about being picked up. I promise I will try to work on this more once I'm in my forever home. I absolutely love hanging out with all the other kitties at the shelter, it's so much fun, but I would really like to find a home of my own and a family I can shower with attention and antics. My ideal home would have a family willing to give me the time it takes to settle in and of course love me forever. I really would like some cat trees or high up places to lounge around and another cat friendly, cat or two to play with. Older children would be ok, as long as they are familiar with cats, but no dogs please. Do you have a cat that would like a buddy? If not, why not adopt me with one of my buddies here at the shelter. We are already acquainted and would make a great addition to your family. I would like to start interviewing families, so why not come to the shelter and ask for me by name. Looking forward to meeting you!
Love, Kevin
