Casper's Story...
PURRZ..."I am Casper the friendly Cat. I am a stunning pure white cloud-of-love kitty, with gorgeous sapphire eyes, the better to see you with, my dear. I am super friendly and will follow you like a doggy. I am about a year old, neutered, vaccinated and tested negative for all diseases. I am indeed very healthy. I must always be an indoor-only cat. It can get dirty and wickedly cold outside. That is NOT for me, ever. If you are interested in adopting me, please contact George at 917-889-5896 or you can email me at maryab04@gmail.com I am looking forward to meeting mew pen pals. We could really razzle 'n dazzle together. Let us make a pack, to meet at Halloween and stay together pawever. Meeeows.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Casper, a Brooklyn American Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Shorthair for sale in Brooklyn, or seeking a American Shorthair cat from a breeder in Brooklyn.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brooklyn already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brooklyn breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Shorthair breeders who help with American Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brooklyn paves the way for another one to be saved.
