Big Boy Cannon Is a Gentle Giant

3-year-old, large, male, Belgian Malinois Good with other dogs: Yes Good with children: Unknown Good with cats: Unknown Cannon is a big, strapping lad! He’s got a regal presence, but is incredibly sweet and mellow. He and his girlfriend were dumped at the shelter in California after their owner decided he would keep their new litter of puppies, but didn’t need mom and dad anymore. But that hasn’t gotten Cannon down. He is a happy, well-behaved dog. He walks well on a leash, seems to get along with other dogs very well and loves people. He recently had a tumor removed from his shoulder, but is recovering well. Cannon is a Belgian Malinois, a breed known for its intelligence, physical strength and endurance. As such, he’ll need an owner that is committed to providing him with plenty of mental and physical activity. He’s a big guy, so older children might be best, so they don’t get knocked over. This mellow fellow is as big and handsome and sweet as they come. He will be a fantastic family dog for an active family! We will only schedule meet and greets with an approved application! All staff members are volunteers and aren’t compensated for their time and expenses.
