MONA's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

MONA's Story...
3 yr old Maltese female- 6 lbs.

Mona is simply a sweetheart, calm, well behaved and very affectionate to everybody. Due to her small size we prefer a quiet home for her without young children. She would be a great companion to someone that is home a lot, she would enjoy being in someone's lap very much. She could also make a great companion to another small, low energy dog. Mona is not a barker and would be a great travel buddy.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

MONA, a Irvine Maltese dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maltese for sale in Irvine, or seeking a Maltese dog from a breeder in Irvine.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Irvine already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Irvine breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maltese breeders who help with Maltese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Irvine paves the way for another one to be saved.
